I am extremely disappointed with the product I received, which is completely different from what was shown in your website image. The design is not Jaipur-style as advertised, and the entire aesthetic, texture, and quality of the cloth is misleading and unacceptable.
Here are the issues:
The design does not match the product images at all. There are no peacocks on the body of the kurta as shown—only random, messy threadwork.
The fabric is a thin, poor-quality cotton, whereas your listing implied a rich and structured material.
The colors, embroidery style, and layout are entirely different, and the overall finish looks like a roadside item worth ₹200, not ₹1799.
I raised an exchange request on the same night of delivery at 8:53 PM, and despite doing so promptly, their team delayed their response and now refuses the exchange citing time issues. I was also told to share pictures, which I did—but that led to further delays with no resolution.
This experience has been highly unprofessional and misleading. StyleJaipur appears to be indulging in fraudulent practices by showcasing premium-looking products online and delivering inferior, mismatched items.
I urged them to:
Process an immediate refund or exchange for the correct item.
Investigate the listing for false representation.
They should Improve their customer service response time and accountability.
