I have received an unreadable Pen Drive of Transcend though I ordered HP V220 (32 GB). Order No. HGS63016, Order Date 20-5-2016, Invoice : JWH000406176. Given Ph. No. 9643195239 is out of order from the date of receiving the parcel. Please either give the proper product of refund money.
