I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the SAP course I enrolled in with the institution. Despite my repeated requests, I have not received the necessary support, which has severely impacted my learning experience.
Lack of Academic Support: No assistance or study materials (sample papers, practice tests, or exam preparation guidance) were provided despite multiple requests.
No alternative teacher or support was arranged when issues arose.
Faculty Misconduct: The assigned teacher demonstrated unprofessional behavior, which created a negative learning environment.
Refund Request Ignored: I had formally requested a refund due to the lack of support and poor quality of instruction. However, there has been no response or resolution from their side.
Failure to Act: Despite repeated communication, no corrective measures have been taken by the institution to support me in completing the course.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience, stress, and financial loss.
