I am sharing my personal experience involving Idea Warehouse “Shree” concerning a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) under the UK’s Skilled Worker visa process. Based our/my experience and documentation, We verified they were misrepresentation involved in the sponsorship process.
Specifically:
There was a lack of transparency and non-delivery of promised terms.
Communications have since become inconsistent or evasive, raising serious doubts about the company’s intent and legitimacy.
Fake Offer of Employment (after verification from the company)
Failure to notify revocation of the Licence
The companies that offered Certificate of sponsorship are non responsive and deemed to be a shell company
We taking legal action and awaiting a court heating date and submitting a formal complaint to UKVI/Home Office, and encourage others who may have had a similar experience to come forward or contact us.
