I have ordered a IGrasp 32 Inch LED TV (model 33L31) ( http://igrasp.in/products/led-tvs/32l31-32-inches-full-hd-led-tv/ ) through Snapdeal.com online. This was delivered in time and put into use. After few days, I have noticed that this does not has the Headphone & Video& Audio output sockets for external speaker/ music system. Complained to IGrasp.in and they accepted their fault of wrong shipment. Then they have shippes a new interface board. Upon receiving the same, I found that it did not meet the specification of my order placed. However I spent Rs 800 to replace it, since there is no local support entity for them at Coimbatore. They have accepted to pay this service fee. However after replacement I complained again, since it did not has the Video and headphone sockets. Several calls and emails were sent. Now they are not picking up the phone and not responding to the emails. SO I conclude that they are doing Fraudulant Sale of cheap models and voilate their own website announced specification, nothing but cheating the online consumer.

SO request consumer not to trust IGrasp.in online deals.
