The last installment asked from the builder is 4 times it’s original and so much delay in possession. (3 years). There has been issues from the very beginning, we were cheated by the brokers who assured us to give discount and then later he disappeared. We did not get the letter on time for the payment of instalment and later we were penalised for making a late payment (Which is in lakhs). No proper intimation of when the flat would be ready for possession. To our surprise, after constant followup from our end we are sent a possession letter in which we have to pay four times of what was expected with no fault if ours.
