I had enrolled in SimCAT Comprehensive 2023 course with IMS India yesterday, i.e., 08/09/2023. I confirmed with their front office and they informed me that the fee was refundable. I continued with the purchase and I was highly dissatisfied with their online interface.
I requested a refund on the same day, i.e., 08/09/2023. However, upon raising a complaint ticket, I was told that the fee is non-refundable and their course details do not mention this and if true, I was informed incorrectly by their front office.
I hail from a poor household. My parents cannot afford to lose the money on services I am not planning to continue. I haven’t even logged into the account and haven’t used the services because of dissatisfactory interface. I do not even plan on giving the concerned exam two years from hence, yet the team insists I continue with their services. I would really like the refund as soon as possible.
