Customer care representatives answered every detail prior to my purchase. Once I place the order, the order status was just in processing even until the date they promised me. And when I tried contacting the customer care people now, as soon as they get to know it about the enquiry they put on hold for 20 mins, and no call back, they don’t even respond well on their online chat.
Later I managed to cancel my order and now they are playing on giving the refund. It’s frustrating. They are the worst dealers possible
