india flower mall – non delivery , non refundable, goons operating

My order number IFM 200110 was supposed to be delivered on 19.04.2016. At first They did not deliver on time. and then they di not deliver IT AT ALL! NO PHONE CALLS, NO INFORMATION FROM THEIR SIDE! and i was thinking that I have sent a bouqet of flowers which will be delivered considering a heavy amount they charge! Then on asking, they refused to entertain in first go as every time they gave excuse of employees having food all through the day! How ridiculous! Anyhow, When I called again, one of the persons on telephone number 9212630303 said that i need to write an e mail first to get my refund! Remember, it was my parents anniversary for which i thought of sending flowers! Khair, I wrote an email and thought that i shall get my refund in a day or two (though the guy promised it on the same day!). 10 TEN days have passed, I havent got my refund nor a call from them! and upon calling, some goon picks up the phone and threatens with so abusive language that one cannot imagine. I even told them that i have the bills and everything with me. Their response was as usual, that we don’t care, u do whatever u want to! So this is the best I could do by registering and writing what a horrifying experience I went through at the India Flower Mall! These guys are supposed to deliver flowers, and they send u back some really ugly experiences!
I hope I get my MONEY BACK, which they have completely REFUSED to as said by one of their employees: “jo karna hai kar le, main dekhta hu tujhe kaise refund hota hai”.
