On September 24, I placed an Instagram order for cargo pants from the website https://indiashoppings.myshopify.com/collections/all.
One parcel had a pair of jeans that had been poorly altered into shorts, and another had only one leg of a pair of jeans.
I paid 1898 for this cash on delivery order, and each item cost 899 rupees. For me, it’s a significant sum.
The website is not tracable on Google; the only way I could find it was through a link.
I checked other Shopify websites, but this one doesn’t have any contact or order options, making it impossible for me to get in touch with them. They haven’t even sent me a message or a letter; the only communication I have is from the delivery partner, who says that the order will be delivered today (28/09/23).
Order history wasn’t accessible.
I had a very bad experience with this website; I can’t even tell if I ordered two items or not.
They are no longer taking orders, according to the link. Sincere refund requested for this fraudulent order.
Since there is absolutely no way for me to contact this website and complain, I have given up all hope.
