On September 24, 2023, I ordered cargo pants from this website: https://indiashoppings.myshopify.com/ however, a pair of shorts was given.
The shorts are worn out and appear to be worth less than 200 rupees, even though I paid 800 rupees for the pair of pants.
Please look into it and assist me in fixing the issue. On the website, there is a customer service or helpline. Help me get a refund, please.
On September 25, 2023, I placed an order for a pair of pants, and on September 29, 2023, at around 9.30 am, I received them.
I paid the delivery person 799 rupees using gpay because I had chosen the cash on delivery option.
I found the product through an Instagram ad, liked it, and decided to order it; however, I ended up receiving a pair of shorts instead of the intended cargo pants.
The payment was made using gPay, and when I noticed that the cargo pants had been replaced with a pair of shorts,
I tried to access the website to request a replacement or a refund, but it seemed as though I had been blocked from doing so.
I later opened the website on a different device and discovered that there was no customer service or helpline information.
On September 29, 2023, I sent rupees 799 via gPay to No ******** at ******@ybl as payment for FIXC0001350920 with the transaction ID FMPIB476164548.
