Sumit Pratap Singh and Akhilesh Pratap Singh are king pins of this racket. He is proprietor of Shopbuykart and therefore poses as customer to show that he has received the item. This creates confusion in minds of people who read complaints from people who have not received the time and lost the money. Complaint in the bank where you have paid the money so that they investigate and seal the account and lodge police complaint. You can complaint in Oriental Bank of Commerce, Acc No 06301131003989, Shahibabad or IDBI Bank Sec 18, Noida, A/c no 0109102000037420 through which they operate. Incidentally, the address on their website, www.shopbuykart.com at 4/80 Krishna Market, Karol Baug, Delhi is also fraud. The company has a second address at Pandav Nagar which is also doubtful.
