Regarding the most recent transaction I had with your company, I must express my utter disappointment and annoyance.
I have now carefully read your cancellation and return policy,
and it is obvious that I took all the required actions to return the product within the allotted time frame.
In accordance with your policy and our phone conversation with your representative, I immediately sent you an email asking that the product be canceled within a couple of hours of the purchase.
I have the conversation on tape and in my possession as proof.
However, it appears that my request has been completely disregarded, and you continue to hold my hard-earned money.
This is totally unjustified and unacceptable.
I anticipate you to stick to your word and stop selling the product right away.
I also demand a complete reimbursement of my payment.
I will have no other option but to file a lawsuit against your company if you don’t comply with my request.
I sincerely hope it doesn’t come to that because I think problems should be resolved peacefully.
I am confident that you will act quickly to fix this issue and make sure that my refund is processed right away.
I eagerly anticipate your prompt reply and handling of this situation.
I’m ready to take whatever steps are required to uphold my legal rights as a consumer.
I insist on receiving your business address so I can return the item within the window of time allowed by your return policy.
