Infoedge – Bad experience with iphone 5s

I had very bad experience with iphone 5s…I purchased this phone on 10th August’2014 but I noticed call drop and I am facing sound braking and not able to hear other side person.
I gave three times to service centre but still my problem not resolved and they are also not providing standby phones while repairing….very much upset now.
Please don’t buy it’s waste of your money and time.
