I applied for a new pancard instead of my lost pan card AJCPR 5028 C by online and I got the applcation form and I Send it to your office duly filled and self attested proofs attached by speed post , and I received a phone call from your office on 09.1.2017 asking me to attach Bank pass book copy or Electricity bill,or water authority bill. on 10.01.2017 I attached both bank pass book cpoy & water bill copy and e-mail it to [email protected]. after that i did not get any information about it. I humbly request you to take necessary action to get my pan card as early as possible.

I had applied for my Pan Card in your application link before 2months but still I didn’t get any information about my Pan Card. I’m only having an Order Id- 1563520318N. I had send you all the proofs in rightly. But still now my status is on hold in you applicantion status link. So please hurly take necessary steps about my Pan card. Or please refund my amount which I paid you.
