On 25th may 2018, I ordered a Lehenga from this site over Instagram named all_eyes_over_here.
On 31st may 2018, I received my order and the product was totally different from the shown product. Neither the colour, nor the material not the design was matching.
I complained about the same and asked for a refund, to which they said that we only exchange and no refund.
Though it’s not mentioned anywhere on their page that they don’t refund. They said that they have mentioned it in one of their post. P.s. there are 9,142 posts on their page and one can’t look for the no refund thing in these many posts.
I kept my calm and agreed over an exchange but now they are neither taking my call nor replying to my text.
