There is a page on instagram name juta store. Where they advertise about all the prducts. I ordered one phone (Samsung S9+ 256gb) in the link given in thier page. I paid 10% amount advance and 90% cash on delivery. I got a parcel from Delhivery courier company. When i opened the courier box, inside i could a samsung box of 128gb only. Later when I switched on the phone and verified the details it is 64gb only. Along with that, Sim slot is not working . When i tried checking the IMEI number in the web, it is an INVALID imei number. I am trying to reach them through all means of communiations. But no response till date. Phone number of the selller is 8980973582 and Phone number in Instagram page is 8000027474. Their website is https://jutastore.nexafashion.com. Please help me out on this purpose.
