I had purchased shoes from Instagram – Shoes_store_branded for Rs.1000 on 15/04/2019. He has delivered me the shoes on 20/04/2019 but it is of very low quality and looks different from the displayed item on the Instagram. I request him on whatsapp to return the product but he is not responding and denied. His whatsapp No. – 7000086700.
