I ordered a phone case from Instagram and the product photo was grey and black.
I received the parcel yesterday and the phone cases is of blue colour with black design. I asked her to exchange and the owner said she won’t and said it is not her fault. And she is not even ready to give my money back. And it is no where mentioned in her page that the product is non-refundable and no exchange.
