SA order containing 2 readymade blouses had been placed with the concerned retailer on 20 June 2018 with a prepayment of RS.3600/- ensuring that the product delivery would be done in next ten days. Payment was made with UPI ID on the same day. The order and payment were confirmed through the WhatsApp number provided by the retailor in Instagram page (9502146631).
When inquired about the delayed delivery , the delivery date was postponed with mutual consent extending to one more week. But now it’s been more than a month and the retailor is ignoring the complaints made and refund requests.
