I had purchased smartphone on 24th Jan 2018 from an instagram page named as “the_brandyshopy” and as per telephonic conversation seller told me that he will deliver smartphone within 4-5 days once order is placed but i got it after 14 days and seller told me that I also get smartwatch as gift with smartphone but I didn’t found it in box. The images he showed me of smartphone were of original smartphone but he sent me duplicate phone. Phones price is Rs. 27000/-which i paid through online bank transfer. Phones IMEI No. Is 355149886721245. Phones Build No. NRD90M.N9500SQU1AQC9. Seller also told me that if i found duplicate phone he would give me brand new original phone in exchange but I tried to call me so many times but he is not picking up the call and also not replying of text messages , So I request you to take strict action with them asap because today I got trapped in his hands and I don’t want anyone else to be trapped by these fraud businesses. I have all the proof of our chat conversation our call recordings and the bank details of that fraud man . Its my humble request to take action asap.
