Recently I bought shoes from Instagram page and later I came to know that they are fake. They said that shoes will be delivered after 4 days bt it’s only second day. I came to. Know about fraud when I checked his account in Instagram . The name of page is mens_stuff05 and I had transferred rupees 3100 via Paytm to number 9957026894. What should I do in this situation
