Hi,

I have ordered a dress from heavenvilla_ethnic which is an instagra store and they have delievered wrong product and not responding about the problem now and demanding to buy another one as in return.
Product description: they’re using fake product pics and cheating customers with false publicity and doing fraud by getting money and delievering fake and false products. Which i would request to bann this kind of business and take a proper action against them so that they shouldn’t do the same to the other people
