Hello there,
My mother purchased 2 shops – 2821 a & b in boulevard walk for which she made full payment and was eligible for guaranteed assured return every month. The company stopped giving ar from december 2017 without any formal notice and still not responding to the several mails sent on her behalf. On the telephonic conversation with ms. Shilpi sharma and mr. Shivam vohra i was told that i will be paid a part of the total amount of ₹ 3.31 lakhs between 22nd-25th december 2018 which has still not done.

Besides the company is sending me constant reminder of pratikar charges of ₹ 34k. Though i have conveyed my message that unless my total amount of ar is paid, i am not going to pay any more money to the company but still there is no reply of my emails.

I am giving 3 options to the company – either return whole amount i paid for the shops or pay my assured return or else i have to take legal action against the company and start a social media campaign against the company.

I hope this time i will get a satisfactory reply and if the company wants to settle down, then just contact me on the registered email id and phone number.
