I have bought a flat in Gaur Atulyam, Greater noida through IC, at the time of sale they have provided me a credit note of 98800RS/-, which need to be paid in final payment. Now i have asked them to pay this amount, they are only making false promises by extending days and i need to clear my dues with gaursons as after the payment date i need to pay interest on that due amount.
