I was looking for a residential flat in delhi ncr and heard about investor clinic, so i approached for project & offers. After a lot of discussion, i have finalised my flat in one of the project in ne and given my first cheque to investor clinic in good faith. Investor clinic has offered me that ifms charges will be nil as this is offer given by builder. This was my first house and i was not much more knowledge of various terms and conditions applicable in construction industry. Keeping investor clinic as my consultant, i had signed bba and take the booking letter. Now i have realized that builder has charged ifms chares and when i contacted investor clinic, they have denied saying that your offer was sent by our employees through gmail, not from ic mail id. We can not entertain anything now. But simultaneously they have taken commission from the builder for booking of my flat. Dear all, please beware of investor clinic and their employees who are doing a lot of fraud through their personal email id and most important this being well known by all employees of investor clinic and their owner mr. Honey katyal.
