Hi Team,

I purchased a flat in “Mahagun Mantra sec 10 Noida Extension” last year through one of the agents named “Arjun Bhatia” from Investors Clinic. His phone number is [protected] with a complaint# STS: 14420, IC/CC/1219/10628. This flat was sold with a commitment that I would get a credit note issued to me worth (1025*70= 71750) before getting the possession which I haven’t received. I have been in talks with the Investors clinic team however they aren’t able to help me either. As an evidence, I have also shared the call recordings and whatsapp chat to support the fact that what I am saying is absolutely true and I should get what I was promised however they don’t seem to be helping me out with this matter.

Please let me know what I can do to take some action against to get the funds.
