Hi Everyone

I have booked a flat in Noida Extension through Investor Clinic March 2017. I visited Investor Clinic office and gave my documents and cheque to get the booking done. after deleyed the possession i send a flat cancellation request Builder gave me the option of taking a refund on the condition I obtain NOC from the broker (Investor Clinic)

After that, I wrote to Investor Clinic explaining the same. It has been more than 1 weeks, I am following up with Investor Clinic to provide me with NOC. But, they are refusing. I mailed to customer care at Investor Clinic for same and he denied the request for giving my NOC certificate.

I said, I need the NOC for my booking. But, Investor Clinic is still refusing.
