Dear All,
Please be informed about the issue and intervene as I had pre order a new Nokia 3310 with IP MART India on 30th April and paid Rs. 3749.
Now they are not delivering me the product and claiming that they refunded my amount in there IP Mart account.
Firstly, they do not have such option in there website where they can refund my amount as I check my profile there is no such option neither money.
Secondly I can check they are taking pre order for the same product i had order and how can they take more order if they failed deliver their previous one.
I Don’t ask for refund from them i want my product. This there way to con people take money for any popular product and use there money for themselves and then force there customer to buy some another product.
You are the only hope left for me as they are not responded positively in any platform.
