Our company took a recharge web from Gujarat Technologies Ahmedabad (brand name – Royalcapital.in) in Jan 2013. Between 9 Jan to 30 April 2013 we purchase total recharge volume of 1,37,23000 (One caror thirty seven lac twenty three thousand). They are displaying in their log that they are providing comission but they never give it. Apart of that they deducted amount of failed recharges. The total difference is 18,00,000 (eighteen lack). When we compalin to owner Chirag Motiani Mob: +91 9979520654 , he refused all the things. We went to there office and then he refund amount of 1,00,000 (one lack) then 50,000 and after that 1,50,000 (on lack fifty thousand). And when we resend sheet again he return 41,500 (fourty one thousand five hundred only). In this amount recharge done of 38,000 in our portal and his portal its shows 42,000 . Now when we try to contact him he is avoiding our calls and ever he pick he talk to us so rudely. Please tell me how to get refund from him . Please wont business with this fraud company.

I don’t know that you are right or wrong, may be you are right or may be you are wrong but As per your complain, if you found any miscalculation in your account then why you don’t register any complain in police station ????
Dear P K Patel, I think We never communicate with you regarding this matter. This is not about miscalculation, because our per day transaction with gujrat technologies was 5-8 Lac. and approx recharge hitting was 3500-4000. What they do is whenever recharge failure they deduct amount from our panel and after some time they show it revert but in real its not done. This is not miscalculation.
Last year we visit their office and spend 7 days and after that they revert app. 3.85 lac only. For the left they asked that it will take time…. the the time is still running
I can’t believe it sir, because i m also taking service from gujarat techlogies from 6 month. And chirag motiani and chirag sathwara both are my good friends and i know personally. One thing is possible is that bad service in any perticuler day due to technical error.
Above complaints is totally wrong. If it is any proof then proof it. Don’t do wrong complaints.
