I’m writing this email regarding getting the wrong pair of shoes order id:4230OP. As I ordered a pair of “retro red cement shoes” which cost RS 1899/- but as I open the box I got a fake black shoes which costs not more than Rs 200/-. I’m sharing the screenshot of the parcel which I get. Please see into the matter and get me the refund of the amount which I paid.
