My dad recently ordered and purchased three shirts from the seller JackDumbell and shipped by Amazon. The shirts, which were ordered arrived in a severely damaged and torn condition, rendering them unusable and unacceptable. The condition of the shirts upon delivery was appalling, with visible tears, stains, and damages throughout all three shirts. The damage was so extensive that the shirts were completely unsalvageable and unfit for use. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and assistance in securing a full refund for the damaged shirts or a replacement with products in satisfactory condition and need appropriate action against the seller, JackDumbell, for the negligent handling and dispatch of damaged merchandise.
