I have been using JAK Cable service for the past year, the service provided by them is very poor, but problem started after that every week the cable stops working and I need to call them back again and again and they never respond properly most of the time it will be switched off . After personal requested for come and visit my home in Avadi which is in next street to rectify the cable network nobody turned or responded . we didn’t have cable for more than 3 weeks . the service is very poor and now again there is no connection and we were calling them far the past 5 days and nobody is responding and their mobile number is switched off always. I am missing most of the matches and elders here couldn’t watch their TV programs. please help us by taking action against them.
