I ,am Sri Jadu Pati Chattopadhyay booked a battery H12348 for my JIO dongle on 14 th May 20 at 3:30 pm, through jaldifatafat.com and as COD not available I paid the full amount of Rs. 379.00 through net banking of Axis bank Ltd. After confirmation my order ( Order No. 963997342 ) I received a mail and they informed me that the battery will be delivered after lockdown, ie. After 1st June, which was not mention earlier. Today is 7th June and I have not received the same and also couldn’t contact them for tracking the order. I am tried so many times to mail the customer care, but no reply came, I couldn’t track my order through online as my password not working and reset password couldn’t be done. Pl. help me by showing the path to overcome from the problem.
