Hello Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased RO Water Purifier From Jaldifatafat.com on 18/02/2019,
as per described in website they are providing 4 year free service on the product.

My first service due after 6 month for the same i have requested for the same.
they have schedule my free service,
I receive call from service executive for the same he is demanding 200 Rs. for the service, I told him my service is free then why I have to pay for the same?

I also asked same question to the customer care executive they said i have to pay for visit charge.
I told him i am not specially inviting for a repairing, extra service or any other issue this is my free service so I why have to pay for the same?
After that they are not providing free service and not answering my question,
and i also tried many time to talk with customer care number but they have set IVR option only for Voice message, i also left voice message for the same and said for call back to me but they haven’t respond since month
i am waiting for the same.

I wrote many times on whatsapp number for the same, buti did not get any response from there end.
after writing many times i feel www.jaldifatafat.com is cheating peoples,
they are doing only sales with fake promices and not provice services to the customer
