MY ORDER NO- 963931946 OF RS-27047/- FOR SMART TV AND ORDER NO-963932022 OF RS-6369/- FOR ROOM COOLER NOT CLEARED BY THE COMPANY JALDIFATAFAT. ORDER WAS GIVEN ON 22.3.20 TOTAL PAYMENT DONE AT A TIME OF ORDER. BUT TILL DATE NO RESPONSE. NO ANY MAIL/NO CALL REGARDING ORDER. I TRIED ON PHONE BUT PHONE ALSO NOT AVAILABLE. I SUGGEST OTHERS NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
From 22nd of April-2020 , after placing order vide No-#963931946 of Rs.27047.02. for smart TV with home theatore with full payment online by debit card , jaldifatafat company not giving any response for my mail send on their costomer site . delivery also not done and no refund given by company. phone numbers given on site as costomer care numbers are also fake.
I have also ordered a Honour 9X Mobile at Jaldifatafat.com on 08.05.20 and my order No.is#963976599 and paid Rs.13999/-. Till date neither product has been received nor my money is refunded by the Company. After sending so many emails no reply has been sent by the Company. Concerned Authority may look into it and take necessary action against the company.
Hi, bro, i too have the same experience with the http://www.jaldifatafat.com. i booked & paid for buying on line a hand blender 400 watts on 17/18 may 2020.sofar neither the item delivered nor the paid up amount refunded.no response to the numbrr of calls and emails from my side. It seems its a cheaters group/company. The voncerned authorities should initiate action against the culprits lest they will cheat more and many more people.
