i got my dzire car service on 27/02/2017 from Jammu Motors service centre, Kathua service centre and paid a bill of rs 7002 but after one week the engine malfunctioning light was glowing. i approached the jammu motors kathua centre , they did some thing the the light goes off. but it again appears after two days.
after 15 days of service the vehicle started heating and it was found that coolent was not there.(3 litters of coolent is their in bill). after one month the car started emitting dark fumes. and now both the front tyres are gone due to problem in wheel alignment.
the service has costed my rs7002, which include 3lt coolent, air filter change , oil filter change , diesel filter change , wheel alignment and so on. now i am totally ruined by the service centre and they have destroyed my car. The mechanics are un professional, inexperienced and d grade in this service station.
