Jayaraj Fabric Surat Surat
Hi,
I recently bought a saree from jayaraj Fabric surat.. The ordered saree and received saree were totally different in colors. When asked they say its same. I wonder if yellow and brown color are same. On asking several times about exchange and refund they have denied it.
I can anywhere show the ordered saree and received color. 5-10% of color variations is definitely acceptable but this was totally different ordered brown and received yellow. This is my first purchase from them and sure it won’t buy again from them
This is simply cheating customers. When you don’t have that color why do you take wrong orders and send wrong products. Above all you can’t exchange or refund it. This is very pathetic. Pls improve your service and dont cheat your customers.
