JBL – Wrong delivery and unethical behaviour!!

I ordered heavy bass earbuds on best offer sale through EKART. Supposed to recieve two pair of earbuds but received single headphone which is also damaged (24/7/2021). We noticed and called back the delivery person immediately. There was no response. Also posted a complain to your mail id say care@Foxyhub. Called the care no. given on the shipping bill and it’s not reachable. Feeling that this is some fraudulent website!! This behaviour actually ruins the hope of all the budding business. Prove us wrong through your response. Still hoping and waiting to hear back from your side. Pls do not break the trust which is already slightly cracked!

* Write JBL in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from JBL.
