I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the business operating via https://jodhpurigalax.com/ regarding the non-delivery of goods that were fully paid for in November 2023. Despite completing payment in good faith and retaining clear receipts as proof of transaction, I have not received the ordered parcel to date.
Since the initial payment, I have made multiple attempts to follow up through messages and other communication channels. During these interactions, I was repeatedly provided with inconsistent and misleading explanations regarding dispatch and delivery. At various points, I was asked to pay additional shipping charges without any valid justification, tracking details, or confirmation that the original parcel had been sent. This conduct is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of the transaction.
More concerning is the manner in which communication was handled. Instead of receiving transparent updates or solutions, I was subjected to evasive responses and inappropriate, verbally harassing messages when requesting clarification or resolution. Such behaviour is unacceptable and falls far below basic standards of ethical business practice and customer service.
Given the prolonged delay of over one year, the absence of delivery confirmation or valid tracking information, repeated false assurances, and demands for further payment, I am concerned that this matter may constitute fraudulent conduct. I am unclear how such practices continue to operate from the stated address in Saraswati Nagar, Madhuban, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
I am in possession of payment receipts and transaction records, which clearly demonstrate that payment was completed in full. I hereby request an immediate resolution, either through confirmed delivery with verifiable tracking details or a full refund of the amount paid.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I reserve the right to escalate this complaint to the appropriate consumer protection authorities, cybercrime division, and relevant regulatory bodies, and to submit formal reviews to warn other consumers.
