In have bought a lehenga which was not upto the mark, so I have taken initiative to return the lehenga through courier in 2018, but its really sad that the JoshIndia does not took any step to refund my money back,now its 2020 .I have sent many mails , watsapp for the feedback but nothing worked.
If I’m making calls on customer care number then it’s chargeable.worst shopping compony
