The product which i ordered was different from the pictures shown in the website. I initiated return and refund . Its been more than one month and I have not got the refund amount. In their policy its written that refund will be done is 15 days. I did multiple followups but no use. They wont respond to emails too. Whenever I called them they just said it will be done it will be done. Very disappointing service.
