In March 2023, we never ordered this product online from any website. On Wednesday, March 23, an item bearing my wife’s name arrived while she was away from home. When I refused the courier’s request for payment and indicated I did not want the package, he explained that it was from Amazon and that I could return it.
I bought the inexpensive item for Rs. 1099, paid, and received it. After opening, I discovered that the women’s underwear was really inexpensive and of poor quality. My Amazon orders later revealed that this was not from Amazon. I am now unable to return it.
It arrived in an Amazon package, and Amazon customer service specifically mentioned the order that was ordered through Jungle Genie and shipped via Amazon. They denied making any deliveries from their website.
