On 29th September after learning about this so-called website FRENZYDEALZ I ordered a pair of cargo pants fascinated by the product in photo and its deal. Two cargos for rupees 899/-. Then yesterday on 4th October received a complete duplicate product not even cargos rather they looked like a worn pair of jeans and other jeans with no zipper. It was my first time ordering from this site also shall be my last for the scammers they turned out to be. They have advertisements in bulk on YouTube popping up every time I’m on YouTube. They don’t bag a site which is accessible by simply typing FRENZYDEALZ on google rather their site can be reached through a mail they sent of order summary on the day of order, therefore, I have provided the complete site link in website space provided beneath the complaint details. They don’t even hold a proper shipping system, it’s through a third-party courier service which is standard Amazon Shipping and they don’t have any hand in their fraud service. The delivery guy of amazon after the delivery mentioned to me specifically that they aren’t responsible for any mishaps in the courier because it isn’t their sponsored site and they’re just providing the delivery third party courier service. Reaching out this scammers company looks like a Herculean Task as in every way they haven’t given any source except for a mail account from where there’s no response till now, this clearly shows that they’re some sort of undercover third-class pretentious e-com retailers hiding somewhere trying to escape with no way to contact them. Their refund policy reads somewhat such, “We have a 2-Day return policy, which means you have 2-days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected].” It’s metaphorical on its own when they ask the buyers for the product to be unused before return when just by looking at the package received it looked like used or worn pair of torn jeans in first place and the customer shall never wish to wear such a used pair of jeans. Also, there was no such tag which would look like a brand rather it looked like some duplicate tag used for just selling purpose. The set I received last evening around 6 looked like they were selling some of their own used, no more fitting clothes framing them in the website to be branded clothes. Diving into their shopping site it looks like they’re photocopying some fake photographs from other resources and posting them on their site attracting buyers when they don’t have any such related item to sell. After doing little research on them from here and there I concluded that this company hasn’t ditched me for the first time rather there’s a history of such defamation carried out on many more customers as per the complaint records against them. I don’t have any idea if they were resolved but me adding to another complaint filed against these fake retailers existing for which people fear online shopping today, I’m expecting a positive result and strict action being taken against these fraudsters. It’s my urgent plea to get hold of this so called DEALZ company owner’s and take strict action against them for running this fraudulent activity and return my money which was COD method (Cash on Delivery). They have refund policy where they have no contact information provided except a mail [email protected] where I did drop a mail but there’s no response yet from the fraud dealers looks like they are trying to escape for the fraudsters that they turned out to be. I got hold of two phone numbers as well from some other fellow complaints against the same fraudster company which were 8074579369,9365122490 but they are unreachable through this. On calling one number it said the number doesn’t exist and the other goes switch off. There was one mail sent to me right after I successfully put my purchase which was from them and they gave me order ID which was like #FNZ2008 and there too they had provided a mail to contact which was [email protected] and when I went in their official site nowhere this mal was to be found, I still mailed my query here too but there’s no response from here as well. Today is the first day after my purchase and I mailed them last evening after receiving my package right away and now at sharp 12:51 too I can see no response from the scamsters. It’s my earnest and urgent plea to the complaint agency to look into this serious matter and sue this fraudulent online shopping agency who have illegally taken chunks of amount from so many customers by granting them with third class materials.
