Hello, I am Sahana Murthy, from Dombivli West. I ordered a product – Nokia 5233 Touch Mobile (order id – R230632857). I unboxed it now and tried to startup the phone, it gets stuck at welcome screen i.e. “NOKIA” displaying message. I tried removing battery and restart it. After a while i got the message in the screen saying “Phone start-up failed. Contact retailer.” I tried to contact KartShopo, sent a mail to them explaining the above. This company site doesn’t even has a contact number displayed in their site. Please HELP ME TO GET MY replacement. This service is not at all acceptable. -Sahana Murthy [email protected]
