I’ve ordered one designer anakarli suit on 21 july from Kashmera.in website next day I got a call from them to confirm the order , so on the 26 July day I received parcel which I wasn’t their to pick up but my mom picked that parcel it was COD and still they didn’t want us to open in front of delivery boy we gave 1000/- rupess for that and after opening the parcel the product which we’ve order that wasn’t there, something different product was their. I requested for refund they didn’t give any response from their side on my mail . They have their customer support mail I do mailed them they didn’t responded till now and please help me through out thiss please!

Same happened with him . They delivered the wrong product so have raised return request on 28 Aug 2024 and they have picked up the product the very next day but so far there is no response from them . I am unable to contact them through email and Mobile . Please help here
