I purchased a ready-to-wear saree worth Rs. 2250 from the Instagram account india_bazaar_ethnic, whose primary seller is Kasturi Fashion Gujrat. However, the saree was delivered in the wrong color and of poor quality, with a value of no more than Rs. 500. They offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. When I message them, they provide me with a WhatsApp number for returns, but they don’t even return my messages. They are merely using people as props by sending phony goods.
I am asking them to message me at least, but all they do is message me up until the order is placed, and even after it is delivered, they don’t even respond to messages that they haven’t seen.
They disable comments on their profile so that people cannot leave comments and other people cannot see their true face, even though they are aware that they are delivering phony items and are only trying to con people out of as much money as possible.
It’s not a small sum of 2250. In order to protect people from this fraud and scam, we must virally distribute this.
In order to prevent other people from falling for this kind of scam, if you have been the victim of one, please file a complaint against that account.
