I ordered a very nice dress watching Instagram named kasturi fashion shop in surat, Gujarat. There was also option of returning. So I ordered. I got a call today morning that “aj yellow wala kapra ayega, receive lar lena” It sounds unpleasant after that i received that product and open that as soon as possible and as I doubt, it was wrong item. No option of returning now. Please take action against these the of fraud and I want my money back, 1249. Kasturi fashion0 k naam se hai Instagram par, jo k bahut achi achi dress dikhla rahe, aur koi bhi sasti bekar dress deliver kr de rahe. Aur call nahi utha rhe, koi option nahi hai return ka. Jab order receive kr li mai, tab maine search kiya jb return k liye tab mujhe dikha search karne p k ye to fake site hai fraud hai ye. I cried and found no option except this complain. I ordered this for someone else, she will think bad about me. And impact of these types of online shopping will stop us to shop online specially on Instagram. I am feeling very bad.
