I ordered a dress of cost 2100 from Kasturi Fashion Surat. I saw this dress as an advertisement in Instagram. After ordering the dress, they gave me updates regarding the delivery on my WhatsApp number. Today I got my order and I paid 2100 (cash on delivery). After opening the order, there was a different product which is very cheap. I immediately contacted them on WhatsApp and asked for refund. But there is no proper response. Feeling very sad for this. Even my mom is scolding me for ordering dress from that website. I want refund of my money. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
