Hello,
I ordered 1 piece lehenga from kasturi fashion 12 days before. Till now not received my package & didn’t get any response from the kasturi fashion team.
I also tried to reach out still there phone was switched off. Such a fraud online Shopping site. First they guaranteed about the product, you will receive original piece as shown, but no delivery attempted till date. They are playing with the customer in this way.
Please do the needful, or cancel my purchase.

I have ordered dhoti salwar suit Rs 2150 but received 3rd class quality product I want return and refund they are not entertaining just saying pickup boy will come and recollect and now they are not replying on Instagram and what’s app… when I ordered they promised 15 days return refund policy . Kindly help me and recollect parcel and refund my money it’s a fraud one … Not replying on mail also
